Here at MCS we believe our people are our strongest asset. Over our 40 year history we’ve always strived to build an engaged, committed team who all feel responsible for the success of the company and who take pride in that. We feel that the way our team is valued and treated is what has allowed us to maintain a culture of having low staff turnover over the years. Most of our team have been with us many years, which as well as providing good morale through visible job security and career progression, also gives us a great base to deliver great quality and service. Since our 2020 expansion we’ve undertaken a large recruitment drive and delivered training internally to add to our management and shop floor teams. We currently have a group of 30 delivering our services and ethos of continuous development and improvement.
